By creating an account, joining the waitlist, starting a trial or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, the AI Risk Disclosure and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the Software.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that using automated trading software is lawful in your jurisdiction and permitted by your broker and, if applicable, your prop trading firm.
3. Software License
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the compiled Software on NinjaTrader 8, on the number of accounts and machines allowed by your plan:
- Free Trial — one simulation account, for evaluation only
- Pro — one funded, direct simulation or live account, billed monthly
- Unlimited Annual — unlimited accounts for twelve months, billed yearly
- Unlimited Lifetime — unlimited accounts for as long as the Software is supported, one-time payment
Licenses are tied to a NinjaTrader Machine ID. The Software is licensed, not sold. Source code is not provided. All rights not expressly granted remain with MyFuturesQuant.
4. Accounts and License Keys
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your license key and Machine ID confidential, and for all activity under your license. Notify us promptly at info@myfuturesquant.com if you believe your key has been compromised. Machine migrations are handled manually on request.

- use the Software in breach of any law, exchange rule, broker agreement or prop-firm rule;
- present the Software, its outputs or any MyFuturesQuant material as investment advice or as a promise of results.
6. Your Trading Decisions and Responsibility
The Software executes rules and parameters that you select and configure on accounts that you control. You alone decide whether, when and how to use it, which instruments and position sizes to trade, and which risk limits to set. You are responsible for monitoring the Software while it runs, for your account connection, data feed, hardware and VPS, and for confirming your broker’s and prop firm’s current rules on automated trading. Screenshots, videos and examples on our website are technical demonstrations and do not represent typical or expected results.
7. Fees, Billing and Renewals
Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, whose buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Pro and Unlimited Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Third-party costs — NinjaTrader 8 platform license, market data, broker or prop-firm fees and any VPS — are not included and are paid separately to those providers. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
8. Pre-Launch, Waitlist and Changes
While checkout is not open, joining the waitlist does not create a purchase or an obligation for either party. We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features of the Software, and we may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice. Price changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
9. Intellectual Property
The Software, its logic, documentation, the website and the MyFuturesQuant name and logo are owned by MyFuturesQuant and protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned for compatibility only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or will produce any particular trading result. No result is guaranteed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFuturesQuant and its members, employees and partners will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, account suspensions or terminations by a broker or prop firm, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Software in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyFuturesQuant harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Software, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party rules.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or reverse-engineering. You may stop using the Software at any time. Sections 6 and 9–15 survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

1. General Risk Disclosure
MyFuturesQuant is a software developer and technology provider of automation tools for the NinjaTrader 8 platform. MyFuturesQuant is not a registered broker-dealer, does not hold or manage client funds, does not provide investment or financial advice, and does not operate as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA). All strategies, scripts, risk-management features, and software licenses offered by MyFuturesQuant are strictly technical utilities designed for independent execution by the user within their own trading environment — all financial risk is borne entirely by you. Past performance data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee, promise, or reasonable expectation of future performance. Markets are dynamic and past results may not be replicated in future conditions.
2. Market Risk
Financial markets are subject to continuous and unpredictable fluctuations driven by economic data, geopolitical events, central bank decisions, and mass market sentiment. Key market risks include:
- Price Volatility — Prices can move rapidly and significantly in short periods, including gaps overnight or across weekends that may result in slippage beyond stop-loss levels
- Liquidity Risk — In certain market conditions, it may be impossible to execute trades at desired prices, resulting in losses larger than anticipated
- Gap Risk — Markets may open at prices significantly different from where they closed, particularly after weekends or major news events, bypassing stop-loss orders
- Correlation Risk — Simultaneous adverse moves across multiple positions can compound losses rapidly
3. Margin and Leverage Risk
Futures are traded on margin: you deposit only a fraction of a contract’s value, so a relatively small price move can produce losses equal to or greater than the margin on deposit. Losses can exceed your initial deposit, and your broker or prop firm may liquidate positions or close your account when margin or drawdown limits are reached. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
3a. Position Averaging Risk
Quant One uses position averaging: the strategy may add to a losing position, which increases exposure during adverse moves. Losses can exceed what a single-entry strategy would incur, and drawdown limits of your account or prop firm can be reached. Test on a simulation account first. Averaging can cause several losing entries to be open at the same time, so a single adverse move can affect a larger position than the initial entry.
3b. Prop Firm and Broker Rules
Prop trading firms and brokers set their own rules, including rules on automated trading, trailing and daily drawdown, consistency and news trading, and they can change those rules at any time. Using the software may breach a firm’s rules or lead to account termination. Confirm your firm’s current rules on automated trading before use. Third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned for compatibility only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
4. Technology Risk
Automated trading systems depend on technology infrastructure that is inherently subject to failure. Technology risks include:
- Software Failures — Bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior in the algorithm may cause incorrect trade execution or failure to execute at all
- Internet Connectivity — Loss of internet connection may prevent trade execution or result in open positions that cannot be managed
- VPS/Server Downtime — The virtual private server hosting your algorithm may experience downtime, interrupting automated trading
- Broker Platform Issues — Broker-side outages, platform crashes, or API interruptions may prevent timely order execution
- Data Feed Errors — Incorrect or delayed market data may cause the algorithm to make suboptimal trading decisions
- Execution Slippage — Orders may fill at prices different from those intended, particularly during fast markets
- Unexpected Order Handling — Order routing or handling behavior may not always match expectations under all market conditions
MyFuturesQuant assumes no responsibility or liability for trading losses, execution failures, or operational errors resulting from the deployment of its software.
5. Drawdown Risk
All trading strategies experience periods of drawdown — a decline in account equity from a peak to a trough before recovering. Even strategies with excellent long-term performance records experience significant drawdown periods. You must be psychologically and financially prepared to withstand extended drawdown periods without withdrawing capital or deviating from the strategy. Historical drawdown figures from any single account reflect past conditions and do not guarantee that future drawdowns will be limited to the same levels.
6. Regulatory Risk
Regulatory frameworks governing futures trading vary significantly by jurisdiction and may change over time. Changes in regulations may affect the availability of certain trading instruments, leverage limits, or the ability to operate algorithmic trading systems. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our software complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
MyFuturesQuant, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners accept no liability for any trading losses, financial losses, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. By using MyFuturesQuant's products, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this Risk Disclosure in its entirety
- You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes
- You will only trade with capital you can afford to lose completely
- MyFuturesQuant is a technology provider and not a regulated financial adviser
- You are solely responsible for determining position sizing, risk parameters, and compliance with the rules and guidelines of your chosen brokerage or prop trading firm
- Past performance does not guarantee future results under any circumstances
CFTC Rule 4.41 & Hypothetical Performance
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results, and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.

1. Introduction to AI-Specific Risks
MyFuturesQuant's trading algorithms incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning components designed to identify market patterns and execute trades. While these technologies can help the strategy adapt to changing conditions, they also introduce a unique set of risks that are distinct from those of conventional rule-based trading systems. This document describes those risks in full. We believe in complete transparency. Understanding these limitations is essential for every user of our products, regardless of experience level.
2. Model Limitations and Overfitting
AI trading models are developed and optimized using historical market data. This process, while rigorous, introduces the following risks:
- Overfitting — A model trained too closely on historical data may perform well on past data but fail to generalize to new, unseen market conditions. Testing on out-of-sample data and simulation can reduce, but not eliminate, this risk
- Regime Change — Markets periodically shift between fundamentally different behavioral regimes (e.g., trending vs. ranging, high vs. low volatility). AI models trained in one regime may underperform or fail in another
- Non-Stationarity — Financial markets are non-stationary, meaning statistical properties change over time. A model optimized for conditions in 2022-2024 may not perform identically in 2025-2027
3. AI Hallucinations and Errors
AI systems can produce incorrect outputs — a phenomenon known as "hallucination" — even when presenting results with apparent confidence. In the context of trading algorithms:
- The algorithm may misinterpret market signals and generate incorrect trade signals
- Confidence scores generated by the AI may not accurately reflect actual probability of success
- Edge cases or black swan events that were not present in training data may cause unexpected algorithmic behavior
- AI decision-making processes are not always fully interpretable, even by the developers
4. Technological Dependency
The performance of AI-powered trading systems is fundamentally dependent on continuous and reliable access to technology infrastructure:
- Internet Connectivity — Loss of connection interrupts data feeds and order execution
- Latency Sensitivity — High-frequency components require ultra-low latency. Network congestion can degrade performance significantly
- Third-Party Platform — Our software runs only on NinjaTrader 8, which is subject to its own maintenance, bugs, and version updates
- Broker and Data Infrastructure — Execution quality depends on your broker’s and data provider’s servers (e.g. Rithmic, Tradovate), which may experience downtime, rejected orders, or slippage
5. Data Quality and Feed Risks
AI trading decisions are only as good as the data feeding them. Data-related risks include:
- Stale or delayed price quotes due to broker connectivity issues
- Incorrect tick data causing erroneous indicator calculations
- Missing data points during market closures or broker maintenance windows
- Price manipulation or unusual market activity causing anomalous data spikes
6. Continuous Evolution of Markets
Financial markets evolve continuously as new participants enter, regulatory frameworks change, and macroeconomic conditions shift. An AI model that performs well today may degrade over time as market dynamics change. MyFuturesQuant commits to ongoing model monitoring and periodic recalibration, but there will always be a lag between market changes and model adaptation. During such transition periods, performance may temporarily decline.
7. User Responsibility
Users of MyFuturesQuant's AI-powered algorithms accept full responsibility for:
- Monitoring algorithm performance and connectivity regularly
- Setting appropriate risk parameters within the software
- Understanding the markets and instruments being traded
- Having contingency plans for manual intervention when needed
- Not over-allocating capital beyond their personal risk tolerance
By using MyFuturesQuant's AI-powered trading systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all risks described in this document, the Risk Disclosure, and the Privacy Policy.
